Subsequent application registration appointment

SUBMIT A NEW APPLICATION EDIT SAVED APPLICATION Login

To submit an application or view the details of a saved application, first press the Login button. In order to connect you will need to provide a contact email. A one-time password (OTP), which you will fill in a field on the login screen, will be sent to this e-mail every time you log in.

You can include up to two (2) more family member than those included in your previous application.

As the member submitting the application you will need to fill in:

  • The case number of your previous asylum application
  • Your personal file number (ΔΙΚΑ - DIKA)
  • Your first name, surname and date of birth as they appear on the relevant official documentation concerning your previous asylum application
  • Your home address (Prefecture, Municipality, Street & Street number) or state-run facility
  • The language you wish to be registered in

You will be automatically assigned to the competent asylum office for your registration appointment according to your home address.

Once you have finalized your application, you will be given an appointment (Date & Time) for your attendance at the competent asylum authority, and you will receive a receipt to the e-mail address you have provided. The appointment is the same for all members of the application.

You cannot apply for international protection through this process if (a) you are detained by the Greek police authorities facing criminal charges (b) you are an unaccompanied minor (c) this is your first international protection application

Please note that starting with the second and every other subsequent asylum application each applicant is subject to a € 100 fee (code 8853). Issue one fee for every family member you include in your application by following this link: e-Παράβολο
