Initial application registration appointment

SUBMIT A NEW APPLICATION EDIT SAVED APPLICATION Login

To submit an application or view the details of a saved application, first press the Login button. In order to connect you will need to provide a contact email. A one-time password (OTP), which you will fill in a field on the login screen, will be sent to this e-mail every time you log in.

You may include up to 8 members in your request, filling in adult and minor family members separately

The member submitting the application will need to fill in:

  • If he/she has been issued an official note by the Greek police authorities
  • Complete demographic data. If he/she has been issued an official note by the Greek police authorities, fill in accordingly
  • Pre-Registration Number, if mentioned on the official note
  • Passport number, if he/she is in possession of one.
  • The way you entered in Greece, as well as your date and point of entry

In the application form you will also fill in:

Once you have finalized your application, you will be given an appointment (Date & Time) for your attendance at the location that you chose for your registration, and you will receive a receipt to the e-mail address you have provided. The appointment is the same for all members of the application.

All persons arriving at the registration location will be required to reside in the facility until the registration process is completed, for a maximum period of 25 days.

You cannot apply for international protection through this process if (a) you are detained by the Greek police authorities facing criminal charges (b) you are an unaccompanied minor (c) you have already applied for international protection

The Service may proceed with any rescheduling of the appointments and inform the beneficiaries of the new date assigned.
