To submit an application or view the details of a saved application, first press the Login button at the top right. In order to connect you will need to provide a contact email. A one-time password (OTP), which you will fill in a field on the login screen, will be sent to this e-mail every time you log in.

Once you have finalized your application, you will be given an appointment (Date & Time) for your attendance at the location that you chose for your registration, and you will receive a receipt to the e-mail address you have provided. The appointment is the same for all members of the application.
